By placing an order on missiondeflores.com, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product (including any sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees), and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order.
Mission de Flores products are delivered by car within the city of San Francisco.
Deliveries will be made between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific Time. We cannot guarantee delivery time, but will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee if we make more than one delivery attempt. If we are unable to locate the recipient, or authorized receiver, at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers outside of the residence or with a nearby business or neighbor. If we do leave the flowers at a different nearby location, we will notify the recipient by phone or email. Please leave very specific instructions for the delivery of your floral arrangement in the “Delivery Notes” field during checkout.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
Mission de Flores uses the industry's leading security technology to ensure that your order will be safe and secure.
Mission de Flores accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All orders are subject to CA sales tax. You will have an opportunity to review this amount before submitting your order.
Except as provided for replacement bouquets below, there are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the website. All sales are final. You may receive a replacement bouquet only if: the wrong item was delivered, or if the bouquet arrives in substandard condition, or if the bouquet is delivered after the delivery date or never delivered at all. Replacement bouquets cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
We may change or discontinue the website at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at our election and for any reason, without prior notice, and this Agreement will automatically terminate in the event that you violate any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In the event of any termination, you will immediately cease access to the website. Any order issued prior to termination will be honored according to its terms and conditions.

We collect your Personal Information voluntarily through Mission de Flores in order to fulfill your orders. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected in order to fulfill order requests include: full legal name, billing and shipping addresses, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card information.
In some instances, we may request that you submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift arrangement to be sent directly to the recipient, we will ask for the recipient's name, phone number and address.
Additionally, we may collect any information that you voluntarily disclose.
We will never sell, rent or share your personal information, including your e-mail address, with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission. We may share your personal information for the purpose of delivering our e-mail to you or as required by law.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When you receive promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further promotional communications from us and you will have the opportunity to "opt-out" by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the body of the promotional e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Despite your indicated email marketing preferences, we may send you administrative emails regarding Mission de Flores orders and transactions.
