Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in the Mission District of San Francisco. The beans for this bar come from Freddy Salazar’s estate near Ecuador’s northern coast. In this bar, we taste fudge brownies with cherry undertones and a hint of toasted nuts.

This single-origin bar is made with just cocoa beans and sugar, no added cocoa butter, lecithin, or vanilla.
